I have never come across a better staff at a dentist office. The Customer Service at Sugar Land Dental is fantastic. Sharon at the front desk is always super helpful and readily available to answer any questions. Dr. LaCroix is so sweet, kind hearted and knowledgeable. She cares about her patients deeply and that makes coming to the dentist significantly less stressful. I highly HIGHLY recommend coming here!

BEST DENTIST EVER!!!! This is coming from someone who is(was)terrified of dentist and vowed to NEVER go back after a horrific experience over 20+ years ago. I decided to face my fears and go to Dr. LaCroix who was highly recommended by several friends. I braced myself for the worst! I was greeted warmly by Sharon everyone was very patient with me due to my anxiety. I braced for the worst it never came. This is now my third visit I knew this would be the visit that would be horrible due to the fact that I had to get two cavities filled. I was numbed braced for the injection and waited unbeknownst to me she finished administering it and I didn’t know! There was no pain!!!! I’m telling everyone this is the dentist you need!!! It’s only been an amazing experience and I’m now on the road to a beautiful smile!!! Thank you Dr. LaCroix and everyone in your office!!

Dr. LaCroix, Pam and Sharon are the best! They are warm, professional and extremely good at what they do, whether it’s a simple cleaning or more in-depth dental work. Go see them and they’ll take care of you. Even if you are scared of the dentist, this team will put you at ease and be gentle. Dr. LaCroix also has a great network of dental specialists to refer patients to for specific issues. I‘ve seen three separate specialists based on her referrals and they’ve all been just as good as she is. I don’t mind driving across town to see them. They are well worth it!

The entire staff are so warm and friendly! During any procedure, they constantly ask “are you doing okay?”. It’s not a problem if you say you feel any discomfort...they resolve the issue right away!

This dental office is the absolute BEST place i have ever been to. I have been to over 15 dentists over the last 12 years and none whatsoever have ever provided such a beautiful and sweet experience for me. They made me feel so special. I’ve always had a fear/phobia of going to the dentist but Pam, Sharon, & Dr Lacroix were so kind and catered to my every need. I’ve struggled with gaps in my teeth for years and it’s always been my biggest insecurity. Every dental office I’ve been to have told me that there is nothing i can do because my teeth are all different shapes and sizes. I’ve always been so so upset over it. My first visit with them Sharon & Pam instantly made me feel like i was apart of their dental family and most of my phobia went away instantly. Dr. Lacroix is such an amazing doctor. She’s so understanding and really listens to you when you speak. She looked at my teeth and told me she could fix them by putting on veneers. I was filled with joy!!! Yesterday i got my temporary veneers put on and although they’re not the permanents i love them already and have never smiled so much before! The operation was long but any time i felt uncomfortable they stopped instantly to give me 5-10min breaks. All i can say is ditch the office you go to now and make the decision to switch and GO HERE i swear you will not regret it. They will do everything they can to make you feel so comfortable and their work is not just amazing but PERFECT. I love SugarLand Dental and will go here for the rest of my life. ******UPDATE******* I got my permanent veneers on today! I was nervous they’d be too bulky and too white and expressed this concern to the doctor and staff and they assured me they’d let me see the veneers before they cement them on. I liked what i saw and honestly i have never been so happy about my teeth before!!!!!! Literally starting to cry. Thank you SugarLand dental 💕💕💕💕💕 i love you guys. I am very pleased with all there work. I am getting night guard made for my mouth to help prevent the grinding of my teeth and the alignment of jaw...which will help relieve my neck of discomfort and pain.

My daughters grew up going to Sugar Land Dental. Dr. La Croix has always been professional and in my few visits, She proved to be the most painless dentist in the history of teeth. Normally I do not fill these out but every now and then you have to support those who provide great service. I would recommend this dental office to anyone on the Southwest Side of town...Especially those with young kids...

My first visit with Dr. Lacroix and I was extremely pleased. I went in to the office very scared because I always have pain after I leave the dentist office. She was very understanding and explained everything to me and told me what to expect. I have even scheduled my next appointment which I never do because I never wanted to go back. Here is my reason why Sugarland Dental is the best....I have always had a problem going to the dentist whether it was trying to find a good dentist or trying to find someone who really didn't hurt me... going to the dentist was one of the hardest things I had to do... I didn't like it when I was younger and I didn't like it when I was an adult... when I found Sugarland Dental, not only was the staff so friendly and made you feel so welcome, they did whatever they could to make you feel so comfortable...so with that being said all I wanted to do is just go back and get my teeth cleaned.. also my kids hated the dentist.. they were always so super scared like me, my son & daughter had fillings, there gum & teeth were such in bad shape..so much work that needed to be done and less than 8 months to a year all their teeth were fixed they had their cleanings done and now they both have a healthy mouth full of teeth... I guarantee you once you go to Sugarland Dental you would never want to look for another dentist again... Laura, Beverly, Sharon & Pam are super amazing...I give this place a two thumbs up... great service, wonderful people and very affordable...
